Mrs. Olson’s Lefse is made in Minnesota. It is a family owned bakery that has been mixing up batches of lefse since 1959. This photo is of Laura. She and her husband started the company.

Mrs. Olson’s lefse production facility is north of Gonvick, in Winsor Township, so the company is called Winsor Products. The current baking facility is a converted brick building, the home of the former Winsor School. This photo features the building when it was operating as an elementary school. The building sat empty for years before the family refurbished it and started baking lefse! Gonvick is a small agricultural community and most of the residents are of Scandinavian heritage.
