Where to find Lutefisk We at Mrs. Olson's love to poke fun at this Scandinavian culinary oddity (see our humor page). But, when
the Thanksgiving and Christmas season rolls around, we, like all hearty Scandinavians,
line up to get a plate or two full. Some of us only tolerate it and many of us
actually enjoy it. When all is said and done, it just isn't Christmas without a Lutefisk
