Lefse-Whether you spell it "lefse" or "lefsa", Mrs. Olson's Scandinavian Potato Lefse, (or potato lefsa) is an old fashoned treat
that is enjoyed by everyone. Lefse is a soft flat bread made with potatos. In the U.S. lefse is traditionaly served during the
holidays of Christmas and Thanksgiving, but lefse can be enjoyed year round. Lefse makes a great appetizer.
